Well at last this one has got finished (oops that word ) it long overdue, what was that I said Melissa 2 weeks hah and pigs might fly. Not by any means perfect but it was my first quilt and I did lots in between and I did learn from this one.

This is for my Daugher and hubby for their housewarming present when they come to live in Spain next March its a complete surprise.

Thank you to everyone who helped me choose that border colour I think you did a great job on that.

Hi Izy, Yes it did get me motivated to get it finished. I have finished 2 quilts in 2 weeks.

I nearly gave the game away and I just stopped myself in time. She was asking what I was sewing and I nearly blurted it out.

NOW what to do next I ask myself.

Thanks everyone, it was about time. That 2 weeks did stretch a bit didnīt it Melissa.

Well about the reproduction am having second thoughts as to that one, I have gradually gone off it. Think its the fabrics, its not quite what I really would have chosen, I tried to make it as near the repro as possible and I think thats whats done it.
