    I have been seeing these gorgeous ruffle hoodies on etsy.com and just couldnt bring myself to pay anywhere from 60-80 dollars for one so just happened to be at WalMart and I see their hoodies on sale for 5.00 so I grabbed one and eventually worked up enough courage to give it a shot and was tickled with the results! So of course I had to go back to walmart and stock up on hoodies of every color :0

    Good job. How did you do that? Did you have to remove the zipper? My dgd would enjoy them this Fall.
