Default A runner finish! Quilted and bound. (and a smile)

I spent waaay too much time deciding on fabric for the bindings, but I'm so pleased with the results. The color perfectly matches at least two of the backs. Somehow the dark green pulls on the centers and adds a pop factor. School starts this week so I'll hand sew them in my exhausted state in the evenings and be ready for two craft show this month. I always offer projects to my daughter and d-I-l--and my d-I-l loves to decorate for seasons, so picked the runner on the right. She's had a spring bargello runner out. OH no! lol My daughter and her husband (of 1 month!) are in med school now and they don't have a table long enough for one. I'm starting another quilt for her after shows are done. She picked the pattern today; we already have fabrics. And then I start my granddaughter's next quilt... it will be her 3rd.

Oh! Grandbaby was here today--so I'll attach one more photo....

It's so easy! Just make the light side strips narrower than the dark. Mine are cut at 1" and the darks at 1.5".
