Default Sarificial City Blocks....By Charisma

This is another one of my own quilts.
I pieced the top a long time ago...just getting around to quilting it.

I decided to use those columns to practice different feathers and feathering techniques. That's why I call this a sacrificial quilt...lol.

The pattern was a free pattern called City Blocks that was handed out with the line of fabric by Kitty Yoshida. The quilt is made from Kitty's Line and also a lineby Cosmo cricket.

I used Hobbs polydown batting, I pieced the back as you can see.... & I used a YLI variegated thread to quilt it.

Thansk so much for looking!

You did a beautiful job with this, Charisma! I have this pattern but have yet to use it. After seeing yours, I'm off to pull this pattern from my book and get started. Thanks for sharing your talent with us!!

Love the pinks. You do such a fantastic job. I'm glad to see you do something for yourself. It would be hard to part with this one.
