Default Saw blade block

My machine is in the shop so haven't been able to sew this weekend. So it was a great opportunity to organize fabric and take the time to cut the pieces out of striped fabric for a more intricate block. Should go together quickly when I get my sewing machine back.
The block will eventually be in a sampler quilt.

Very pretty. What is the purple fabric? I need to make something for Christmas for my elegant purple-loving cousin.

Hello, the purple fabric is called Sophia from Jinny Beyer from about two years ago.
