    Default Granddaughter's First Embroidery Piece??

This is a first for my 10 tear old DGD. It's not the best, she tried to cheat and jump from one end to the other. I cut it and told her to retry. So after many atempts this is her results. NOW!!! I'm NO quilter, but wanter to try and do something special with her block so it stayed together so I made her a mini quilt, just have to add the binding, hope she like it. Thanks so much for looking.

It's really cute! Good job! She can maybe get some of those 3M easy hangers and put it on her bedroom door. Have her sign and date the back. Maybe she can enter it in a fair near you this season?

Thanks so much everyone, I can't wait for her to get home from school and see it, she'll be so surprised as she though I was gonna trash it.

She is going to love what you did with it and I truly think it will encourage her to keep trying her hand at it when she sees how pretty the end result is!
