I have been working on this BOM for 6 months and this is the final stage. Can't seem to decide between the med green/tan - the pink/tan - or the dark green/tan for this last border. There is some of each fabric in the body of the quilt. What do you think - end with the darker color or go lighter? Thanks for your opinion.

This is a Free BOM by Ester Eliu called Hearts Desire.

Beautiful quilt, really breathtaking in the amount of work. I love the lighter border,it keeps the feeling of spring. The darker tends to always tone down a quilt. This needs a beautiful frame. JMHO

i like the dark, but that's how I roll. I like to have the outer border be a dark framing border for the quilt.
