    Default A scrappy Christmas star

I saw this quilt on this board, fell in love with it, and just knew that I had to make one. So, I drafted out the pattern, make a couple of sample blocks and then dug in and did it. I have been working on it for about 6 months, with other projects in between. I still have to batt and back it, but that could take me another 2 months, with trying to get my yard cleaned up for winter, and I just can't wait to share it. It measures about 70x100, one of the biggest that I have made. It will to tough to quilt, and I wish that I had done QAYG. Oh, well. Enjoy looking as much as I enjoyed making.

I evidently missed the original version of this quilt. I love it, and great job with the drafting, that is sometimes not so easy.
