That's one bright and beautiful heart quilt. I've made a few in the last two years and I must say I really like the sashing in yours! It gives it just the right amount of additional color! I'm going to add this to my list.

Can't help with quilting ideas, but I like what I see!!! And having been a critical care/cardiac care RN, I love anything with hearts!!! That would look so nice on my bed...mmmmmmmm....

You could use a highter loft batting to make the hearts puffier.
