No batting. Not sure whether to call it scrappy as i actually cut out strips from my stash and not my scraps.

Thanks for looking.

All are beautiful. I love the sewing machine wall hanging.

Here's my latest scrappy finish, a foundation-pieced string quilt for my husband's niece, who is facing surgery in a couple weeks. Her favorite color is green so I used a pastel green for the sashings and a green and white plaid for the back. I estimate that it used approximately 7.5 yards from stash. Of course the string bins don't look any less full ...

declared war on my scrap bag: resulting reversible QAYG quilt
Completely reversible king-size quilt; both sides are made totally from scraps.

I used Warm & Natural batting. It's a bit heavy as it's got so many (thousands,
it seemed!) seam allowances enclosed so it's nice to be able to "change" the quilt
by just turning it over.

This one is "Buggy Wheels". I used white sashing and white binding on this side.

I dubbed this [string quilt] side "Just the Scraps, Ma'am"! I used black sashing
and black binding on this side.

These two photos show the reverse of each side.

Absolutely gorgeous! If it is QAYG, could you share your method?
