whenever I made a project I would cut a 4" square and put in a bag till I felt I had enough squares, This is what it came out like

Pretty. I'm a scrappy girl too. I've been saving 5" squares of "brights"...going to put it together with wow daisy strips between. That should make it pop.

I like it alot with those scrappy that's my kind of quilt too.


I see you even have a clothes line hanging just like mine which I use it about 3 times a week even in the winter time.

I haven't made enough quilts to make leftover squares. And I must have tunnel vision, because I wouldn't even have thought of that. It's a great idea, and I'm going to start doing this, since I have a baby quilt to make beginning today. Your quilt is really pretty and so colorful. Thanks for posting the pic and the tip.
