This was 84 x 84 consisting of simple squares, thus I free-hand
machine quilted it with variety of "motifs" that march diagonally
across the quilt top. Done on Short(mid)Arm machine.

Photo is approx. 1/4 of top

You're doing great. The quilting is just right for that quilt and flows nicely. Really accents the design.

Oh wow. When I got my long arm, I had quilted tons of quilts on my sewing machine but every time I went on the longarm I thought "oh I hope I don't ruin this." Second quilt on your machine and look at all the different patterns you did. You should be so proud. And as time goes on and you get more experience, you will only get better and better. Congrats, you did a fabulous job. Side note: I have had my machine three years now and I can't tell you when I stopped worrying about "ruining" my quilt top. I got a lot of experience by doing Linus Project quilts.

lovely quilting. looks like you could have been swaying to some nice music while doing the nicely flowing designs.
