Default Second Prize - BFF, No Matter What the Weather

This little cutie earned a Second Prize for the theme April Showers. I rarely make anything with Sun Bonnet Sue, but these two little darlings, playing in the puddles just makes me laugh! I DO have a lot of fun making these. Hope it makes you smile, too!

The confetti (finely minced fabric) is sprinkled over the base and then covered with netting. Then its stitched in place. Netting is almost invisible. This was then covered with chiffon so nothing shows but the colour.
