Hi everyone! I so enjoy reading this Board! I wanted to show my first quilt that I ever made. It was for my sister, and it took me one year to make it. I hand-quilted most of it. She was very happy to receive it for her Birthday in December. I also made a few pillows to go with it.

I am now working on my 3rd quilt and have fabrics picked out for my next two. I am addicted! :roll:

WOW!! I can not believe how ambitious you all are! I would have never done something like that for my first quilt, that is just beautifull, great job!

Thank you all for your lovely comments. I didn't realize what I was getting into when I chose this pattern. But I am glad I did. There are a lot of mistakes in this quilt, but I learned so much. When I finally realized I couldn't possibly machine quilt it, the hand-quilting was a must and I have to say that I really enjoyed doing the quilting.
