Over the last several weeks, I had posted several questions and got lots of helpful advice. Thanks to those of you that responded, I discovered Sulky Poly Invisible thread, hints on making a wavy border, doing bias binding, links for Quiltville where I got the idea for piecing the back, how to create less bulky fusible applique, etc.. I'm sure there are more hints you all provided that contributed to my success with this quilt that escape me at the moment. I just wanted to say thank you to those of you who helped me! :)

About the quilt, the fabric I believe was called Mermaid Castles by Schmash & Sons. I found it on ebay. The pattern is my own. I wanted it to look like portholes looking out into the ocean. I think I succeeded.
