Default shadow box got larger

After trying the shadow box pattern I liked how it looked so added a few more pieces and it's turning out quite nice. Now to get it sewn together and add a few borders.

That is pretty. It looks like it would be a great stash buster. Was it hard placing the blocks to get a good arrangement? Sometimes it's hard for me to get far enough away to see if I have clumped too much of the same color in one area. My design wall is rather small. Love all the batiks.
