Default My Christmas present!!

Last year my DH and I took a trip through the NC mountains following a Quilt Block Trail. He and my DS came up with this idea for my Christmas present this year! It is 30" x 30" and is on a steel sign. They copied the picture of the block and took it to a local sign make and he made it for me! It is from the book, Stars, Crosses and Crowns. I just love it and hope you enjoy it also!!!

It is a block I made in my quilt I posted on the board a while back. The block is in the lower right hand corner of the quilt. The QB link is below...

Beautiful block and even better gift. What a great idea - lots and lots of love in that gift for sure.

That is one of the prettiest (if not the prettiest!) barn (house) quilts I've ever seen!! Not only the block pattern, but the fact that it's made from patterned fabric instead of solid paint!! I love it!
