I have four sisters who have just begun to quilt and we try to get together once a year for a sewing retreat. This year, we decided to make 5 tube blocks to exchange with each other and we had a blast putting our own quilt together our own way. You can't see all 5 of them very well in the picture, but we shared them (after quilted) at our family gathering at New Years and had a great time again!

What I wouldn't give to be a part of something as special as that. I have one sister and she does not sew at all. No one in my family does. Cherish your time with your sisters doing something you love. And I just love the one brother who cooks for you all. Now that is special!!!!
