I love to spend time in this room. I have a TV to listen to as I work and a comfy chair. The brown table I got at a thrift store for $25, very thick and sturdy. The other table can tilt as a drafting table and has power plugs in the front of it. I got the shelves at Ikea, great for organizing. The screen is full of my grandmother's hankerchiefs in the frames.

Got lots of projects in the works, just depends on what I feel like doing... machine sewing, hand sewing, quilting, or just browsing quilting and decorating books.

Your sewing room looks so light and airy, I don't think I would want to come out if I had a room like that :D

Your quilt looks lovely in the frame by the way :D

That's morning sun that makes it bright. The quilt is a wedding ring pattern and I'm half done quilting it. I am not thrilled with the color of pink on the border, it's a bit too bright and candy colored. I think I will take it off and re-do it in a more subtle pink.

I'll take a picture of it when I take it out to reposition in the frame.

Where did you pick up the cubicles and how deep are they? Can we also see the quilt hanging on the wall, such a nice place to sew/quilt...

Pam--your quilt room is so bright and cheery. I love the morning sun you get. The hankies in the photo screen is such a great idea. I have a friend who collects old hankies and I am going to share your idea with her.
