Got a new book - "Paper Pieced Mini Quilt" by Wendy Vosters Published my Martingale & Company (That Patchwork Place)

I was supposed to be working on my Grandson's birthday quilt today but it's not due 'til March so I took a little break! Ha! Here's what I made. I only had to unsew a few little seams.

It will finish at 7 1/2" X 8" and I'm supposed to use the 'birthing method' to finish it. I couldn't wait to share though so you get to see it as just a top.

My husband thinks I'm crazy and then asks what I'll do with it. I quickly told him it would not be a pot holder! :-o

That is tooooo cute. I'm near sighted and I'd probably need magnifying glasses to work on that one. Great job!

Paper piecing makes it pretty cinchy! I did end up ripping a few seams out but not too bad. I am ready to do a few more now. Just think, a whole quilt in an afternoon. If I'd started in the morning I'd have it quilted now too!

That's a pattern I hardly ever see anymore. I doubt if my eyes would handle teeny quilts, so I'll just sit back and admire yours.
