They are all beautiful, but my favorite is the grapevine wreath.

thanks!!
I love doing stained glass wallhangings. They are alot of fun and quite easy to do. :D I will look for a few more photos tonight when I get home from work.

Last night I spent 3 hours handquilting a lap quilt I'm making myself. I made the quilt top as a class last Spring, but never got to quilt it. Shortly after that class I layered it and started the hand quilting process. I'm figuring another full night of quilting and that baby will just need her binding on. The tips of my left index and middle fingers are sore from all the needle pricks. I put lots of "Udder Cream" on, so it soothes them a little bit. I'll post that one when its completed!!

I have to say looking at everyone's quilting pieces we have alot of talented and creative people out there!!! There is such amazing inspiration here!!! :D

I almost lost my soul on that piece Minda!!! I cut everything by what the pattern said. When I started putting on the border by the center square it was out by a few inches!! I knew it couldnt' possibly be from a bad 1/4" cause I measured as I went along. I had to take it apart and readjust it!! I threw it to the back of my closet for about 2 months!! LOL But I'm glad that I retrieved it and continued on. I love that piece. It is 52" square and it hangs over my wine rack! If I had my time back I would have made my grapevine wreath a little thicker.

Cheers

yes some bias binding I made myself from brown fabrics, other parts are ribbons and ropes of different sizes.

Aggi--

Have you ever tried those little metal disks that stick on the end of your finger for hand quilting? I do a lot of hand quilting, and those things prevent me from turning my "under" finger to hamburger. My only problem with them is that they're amazingly easy to lose!
