    Default A Simple 9 patch!

It seems like I've been MIA on here for a long time!!!! I had such a busy busy busy summer, that I barely could see myself turn around!

This quilt is from a customer that doesn't quilt! She found 4 quilts in her late MIL's chest and asked me to add borders, quilt, and bind for her. I even bought the fabrics! (yes, she's paying!) I had free reign......what a blast! The quilt measure 76 x 84, I used Warm and Natural and MetroEmb thread. No stencils, no computer -- I'm pleased the way this turned out (especially doing a contrasting thread on the red cornerstones!!!). Now -- three more to go!!!!!!!!

Very, very nice job quilting. I love a 9-patch. Your quilting sets it off perfectly. Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed looking at the fabrics.
