It took me a while but I kept going. I had issues with the embroidery machine and it had to go get fixed. Then had issues with the flying geese so I trimmed the blocks done in size. Next, I started running out of fabric so had to become creative to lengthen the borders and finish the backing.

Wow that looks great...I have embroidered a heap of red work snowmen and still debating what to do with them.

Those look really nice. I think you have the right idea... with all this crazy weather going around - it doesn't need to be XMAS to using them as a theme. Believe it or not, in winter I've never used snowman in my designs, LOL - only during XMAS. I keep telling my husband I want to build a snowman outside (haven't dont it in years) but the snow that's been falling isn't the right type so it will be able to be formed together. So instead of waiting for the right pack type of snow, I think i'll get to quilting one! Great job!

Now that is one of the sweetest quilts I have seen in a long time! I love the stripes on the backing too. Great job and thanks for sharing.
