Oh I adore this quilt. Do you have a pattern or just use random blocks
A friend is someone who knows all about you and loves you anyway.

SO sweet! Any chance you have close up pictures of your quilting? It looks so interesting!

I haven't figured out how to put more than one image on a post! I'm just learning to post, but I actually only echo quilted around th applique and did decorative stitches on the crazy blocks. Thank you for asking

Thank you very much. I didn't have a pattern for the quilt but I had patterns for the crazy blocks which used to be on the Virginia Museum web site but they took it down. Those blocks are called Shenandoah Crazy Quilt blocks. The applique flowers are from Eleanors Burns, the others I just got from different places. It is a QAYG quilt.

That is so wonderful. I spent just ages looking at the individual blocks. Love the 3-D. Actually there are so many things to discover if you take the time to really look at your quilt. And congrats on the baby girl.

What a gorgeous quilt! I hope you'll post a photo of her with it. Seriously, it is so lovely, I believe it will become a family heirloom.
