    As a recipient of the NDSM, I can say with some confidence that it would not be taken as disrespectful at all. As a matter of fact, I think it's a brilliant idea. And yes, it is awarded to all MOS-Qualified members of all branches of the Armed Forces, and will be until we are no longer in a state of war.

    Wow, you have been busy! What a very generous thing for you to do. I know these quilts will give some soldiers a lot of joy and comfort!
