My small circle is making a quilt for a local hospital to transport babies from one hospital to the neonatal unit of another hospital and we are each making a few blocks for it and someone within our circle is going to sew it together. Here is what I made for it. They are 6" and embroidered.

The fall colored ones are 9" for another hospital project my circle is helping with.

Nice looking quilt blocks! The top ones are cute for babies and the bottom ones are really nice fabric! Well done!

Nice job on the embroideries! You KNOW your stabilizer!

What is the name of the friendship star variation? I don't remember seeing it before, but I REALLY like it. On 2nd look, it's not a Friendship Star aftr all, is it?

I love charity work, and these will be beautiful in a quilt. I started wanting an embroidery machine last week, and now even more.
