I've been experimenting with various sizes and styles of tote bags. Here are three that I have made recently. The blue one was a pattern I got off a website. The stripy one I just made up using left over scraps, and green, yellow, pink one was a test D9P I was playing with and didn't know what to do with. Decided on this tote bag.

been looking for a tote pattern with adequate size to it--what is the finished size of the red, white and blue one--looks great !!! will u share the site with the pattern ppplllleeezzeeee :)

The finished size of the red, white, and blue bag is 15" x 15 1/2" x 5. It is a down-loadable pattern from allpeoplequilts.com This is the link:

Love your tote bags. About the only thing constant about the ones I make is the length of the handles - I like them long. Some totes are long and narrow, some are wide and short, etc. Depends on the fabric. You did so well with yours.

Thank you for the nice comments. I enjoyed making these and I learned from my mistakes. I am thinking of making some to sell, but I have no idea how to go about it, or what to charge. Any suggestions?
