    Cute quilt SD. Rain would be nice for a change. We got up to snow this week every morning and we're ready for spring. Been a loooooooooong winter!

    Scrapbagger, the raindrops are appliquéd on the border with fusible webbing and then I did a buttonhole stitch around them.
