    Sooo over this one.

Still trying to post pics. This is the quilt in a day that turned out to be a quilt in over a year. I finally gave up and finished it with some empty baskets. I love to applique but this was so boring. I almost trashed it.Name: Basket Quilt 003 (640x480).jpg

Joy it is a lovely quilt so glad you didn't trash it. I really like the empty baskets they add interest to the quilt. Love it

It is so pretty. I can see such a long project that you felt like quitting. I am glad you didn't. Next time, maybe a wallhanging first to see if you like doing it.

Your quilt turned out very pretty. I agree that the empty baskets add interest. I, too, am learning to applique. I have a small project going. If I don't want to be done in a hurry I can deal.

I also think it's beautiful! And certainly not boring to look at. Glad you finished it.

You may have gotten tired of it but the eventual results are beautiful and you deserve a big pat on the back for completing it. Put it away for a few months and then get it out---I will look better to you, I guarantee it!
