Thanks for the clarification; I thought as much.

I assume it's OK to sell or give away the original pattern that I purchased if I decide that don't want it anymore?

Wendy, I love it! Did you use the 9 degree, or 10 degree wedge? The reason I ask is that yours looks a little wider than mine... I tried to figure out what the dimensions would be w/ 10 degree, but that made my head hurt... The 10 degree seems easier to find. Pattern calls for 9 degree, which is what I used, but says you can also use the 10 degree.

Great job; I'm going to do one in Christmas colors now!

I couldn't get the ruler/wedge here in town, so I drew my own 10 degree templates on poster board. I like the way it seems "shorter/fatter" because it fits my table better.
