I made this quilt in three hours tonight...will quilt it on the long arm tomorrow! Love this block very fast and easy ..got it from Quilters cache. Very elegant fabrics for my girly friend...I missed her birthday and making up for it!

This is a beautiful quilt. Did the 3 hours include the cutting also? What is the pattern name and where did you order it from. I need to find a fast quilt to make some for a breast cancer 3-day walk benefit. The one last year took way too long to make. Thanks.

Yes the cutting was included in that three hours...from start to finish. The name of the block is on quilters cache...it is "squares within squares 2"

This is just lovely. It will be beautiful after it's quilted. Your friend will love it - and she's lucky to have such a wonderful friend!

I love the pattern and your color and fabric selection. I love paisley. Three hours, huh. Pretty great and ambitious, maybe You could bottle some of that up and sell it. By the way, I'm first in line to buy.:) Bethy

Thanks Charismah, found the site and printed the pattern. Had to add the site to favorites, too much to look at now that it is 3:17 am. I'm afraid I'm going to end up falling asleep at church if I don't get to bed! Hope my quilts come out as nice as yours. I'm not real good at fabric selection. I can't count the times I have walked in to the store, looked at all the fabrics then walked out with nothing but a raging headache and no fabric. Will try really hard not to do so with this pattern. Have a great rest of the weekend.
