Decided it was time to switch out my Autumn colored Ohio Star quilt and put out something that looked a little more like winter. Here's a Kalidescope that I made 2 or 3 years ago. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. You can't see it in the picture but the quilting is done in a varigated thread. I think it's pretty. Thanks for looking.

Wow, that is stunning! I would love to see the quilting. I just started to hand quilt, really never thought about varigated thread for hand quilting. Is it actually "hand quilting" thread? Thanks for sharing this beautiful quilt.

Great job love it :thumbup: Everytime I see a gorgeous Stack & Whack Kalidescope Quilt I want to learn how to do it. It is on my to do list. maybe 2011? who knows :?
