I'm not sure what charity you gave this too, but kudos to you for finishing it after the initial "cool" response! I think it is perfect for girl or boy, young or older! And yes, your quilting choice was a super choice!!

I simply love your quilt! I have a grandson who needs another quilt and this would make the perfect quilt for him. The quilting pattern you chose is just right. Great job!!!

So many folks don't so solids. This is a perfect example of why you should do solids. I like this one!
