Diamonds are Forever from the book String Quilt Revival by Virginia Baker & Barbara Sanders. It just so happens I have it checked out from the library right now

It's just made up of the one simple block.

As long as the yellow fabric is the same size and position on every block, the secondary pattern of yellow X's/stars will emerge as in the picture.
The other fabrics look to be of varying widths (makes it easier so you DON'T have to match them up).
Just sew the on, and then trim up the block to size.

You could easily draft it yourself.

Many thanks for all your responses. You have been a great help. When I made the yellow star pattern I marked mine 3". and made a lap quilt. Then I lost the pattern. It is a fun way to use up scraps.
