Default Star Quilt - Pattern info

It's not all good. This had been a 2 year old UFO. My friend recalls it came from "a Quilt Maker's" magazine about 2 years old. She thinks the title was Friendship Star, but there are many with that title. The BLOCK consisted of the large star with the two smaller ones at opposite corners. My friend added a star into the sashing, and the piano key border was her own idea.
I hope that helps some.
Oh the dangers and troubles those UFO's can cause. LOL

I think it looks nice! Like the border and the bright colors she used. Those are friendship stars, but not sure that is name of pattern either. But it turned out cute!

yes, that star is generally known as a friendship star. If you want it and the original pattern is unavailable, something fairly close should be no trouble to produce.

A fine quilt.

Why or why would this lovely quilt become a UFO??? I'd want to finish it and get it on my bed. Sorry it was such a struggle for you.... it sure turned out nice.

Thank you for looking into the pattern name. I don't have that issue, but I can reproduce it in EQ. It's a lovely design, and the bright colors make it very cheerful. Very nicely quilted too.
