I made the star spin using the tutorial by Roolen. Many thanks to her. It was fun to do and I am pleased with the results for a first try. The other is a QAYG runner from a book by Gudrun Erla from G.E. designs called "Fast and Furious quilitng as you go". This book has a number of cute projects I'd like to try. This one uses a honey bun of a fabric line.
