Default Stars Over the Cabin

I have no idea if "stars over the cabin" is the true name of this quilt, it's just what I named it while I was quilting it for Doris. You do remember Doris - the one who pieced a Eagle Scout quilt, a St. Louis Cardinal quilt (complete with the squirrel)? She usually designs her own quilts. I always look forward to what she has come up with each month. This quilt measures 111 by 113. We chose Hobbs Poly batting, custom quilting using a light brown thread throughout. The cream backing shows the quilting nicely. The picture of the back of the quilt also shows the two pillow shams that were loaded and quilted at the same time the quilt was quilted.

Not exactly, (I quilt 11 months out of the year, and usually book 10 stops for her)

that is lovely. how do you quilt the pillow shams? I'm assuming that it's the sham tops only? then put together... my mind won't figure that one out.
