This is going to be my new quilt, just started this D9P today, making it with 2 charm packs. Should I finish all my blocks before I square up my blocks?

This is my fav quilt! I just finished a top ... but it looks nowhere NEAR as nice as this one! Which charms did you use? Can't wait to see it finished. Thanks for sharing!

Ooh! Thanks for sharing that info! I just LOVE the color scheme, very me. You'll be surprised how quickly you'll get it done! Mine came out perfectly square like 45"x45" I think. I'm wondering how I could arrange one to make a bigger "full size" quilt?

Anyways, can't wait to see this one, please keep us posted with pics?! :)

Very pretty! I would finish all the blocks first. Then square them up with the smallest block. I tend to have difficulty with being exact, so that's how I do it.

My blocks will be set 4 X 5 with a 1" inner border and a 5" outer border, should end up about 64x77 I hope. I also have a hard time being exact, so I will piece all 20 blocks and square up when done, I also have a hard time squaring up my blocks, just not sure how to do it.

Do your have a 6 inch square ruler? I have a 6 and a 12 1/2 (maybe it's 12?) that are very helpful in squaring up blocks. I tend to have a hard time being exact too.

I have a 15" square ruler. My blocks are 13.5" before I square them.
