Default Grand Daughters Quilt Age 7

I am so proud of her. She spends everyday with me after school. She wanted a quilt and wanted to do it herself. Grand daughter picked out pattern and pictures from her favorite coloring book for applique. I did the cutting and applique and she did all of the layout and piecing. She is getting pretty good with the sewing machine. She attempted some of the applique and embroidery. She is so proud of her finished quilt. I did the applique and quilting(SID)

An heirloom to be sure. Really proud of you both...7 year old doing it, and you helping her. Kudos to you both. The front and back are absolutely adorable.
