My new granddaughter's quilt is all done and ready to fly out with me. I used mostly the Farmer's Market 10" squares. When DD found out she was expecting, Stella was the size of a blueberry. She grew to a lemon, banana, eggplant and eventually a watermellon according to a baby website.
I'm off in the morning and won't be back for a while, don't think me rude for not replying, just cuddling my new grandbaby.

Thanks, I'll have oodles of fun. The outer border is Minkee, nice and soft for little fingers.

Never would have thought of using those fabrics for a baby quilt but it sure is pretty. And your story goes so well with the blanket! Baby will love those pretty bright colors too!

Though, it makes me want to go find a snack to eat when I look at it!
