Default String Block Bed Runner

I made up some string blocks out of black and white fabrics (plus) and got tired. So i made enough for a bed runner. some of these prints were given to me by dglvr on this forum. so cute!!!
Excuse the lumps in the bed. those are my body pillows plus a cat under the folded back blanket. she wouldn't move!
my mama cat slept on it last night. I put the binding on it today.

I am having fun making a string quilt for a friend who retired in June. I know what you mean about getting tired. I have finished the 30 blocks, now to add sashing and posts. I like yours in black and white, I have very little in the that fabric, I guess I should start collecting. Yours could be a table runner too. So much we can do with our fabric, it is great to be inspired by others.

Very pretty, I think it would be on the floor at my house.

ha, ha. that is what I was headed for. 30 blocks! I got 20 made and it became a runner! I have a larger signature quilt to finish for my step dtr. Ah, a table runner too. yes it could. I never would have thought of that. thanks again.
