I just finished cutting, piecing & ironing the strip sets for my next Kool Kaleidoscope. The first one I did was hideous. I did not finish it - although I kind of regret it now. Most of you would have loved it but it was far too busy for me. I gave it away, unfinished... and that person hasn't finished it either.

I will begin cutting and piecing tomorrow. I'll post pics of it in progress. It's really cool to see the kaleidoscopes take shape.

I came so close to starting to cut it all out and then I realized I had to make dinner. Seriously? Cook when I'm all revved up to cut and lay out??!!
I'll be up tomorrow bright and early.. as soon as the kids are out the door, I'll be breaking out the rotary cutter again! I should have updated progress shots by this time tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have it all sewn back together by then... then I'll begin making the next set of strip sets... for the corner pieces I have planned out....

Pretty fabric colors, I can't wait to see how you make it.
My kids are grown, I don't cook much, need to get back to it.
