Thread: Striped box quilt finished!

This was based on a Kaffe Fassett design -
I absolutely love how this turned out. And, it's already on my bed!
These photos were taken before it was quilted.

She used a wishbone pattern.
I put a solid Kona tarragon on the back.

Handsome! Last week someone spoke of quilts having gender to them and to me this quilt is of the male gender . . . . but, how handsome!

I agree - I think it might be because it feels like men's shirts?
Kaffe calls this the striped-shirt box quilt or some kind of rearrangement of those terms.
