I made this throw for a silent auction at our church bazaar. I am having it hand quilted and she suggested stitching in the ditch around all the twisters. I don't know what to do with the border. The saw tooth around the edge is the same fabric as the 3 1/2" border. Should I have her quilt kind of a chain design in the outer border or is there a way to combine the saw tooth and the outer border. Thanks for looking!!

Love all the fall colors. Maybe a leaf quilting on the borders. Just a thought:)

love it..I always like meandering and stippling but a nice leaf pattern all over would look nice as well
