Default Sunbonnet Sue for Mom

My Grandma used to make SS's, only they used to call them "Dutch Dolls". Grandma's quilts have kind of got worn out and scattered and my Mom kept hinting that she wanted one, so I made this for her for Mother's Day. (not this year, she's had it for a while, and it's her "nap quilt")

One of the prettiest Sunbonnet Sue quilts I've seen. Love the layout, just a little different.

There isn't another quilt ever that beats those darling Sues. Your mother is so lucky to have you and to make it for Mothers Day besides. What beautiful work you do.
