Ok, I'm sitting in my house, talking to Courtney on the phone, just chatting away. Mailman drives up and beeps his horn. That means....A PACKAGE!!!!!! YIPPEE!! WE LOVE PACKAGES!!!
So, I run out in my pj's to get them. There's a big white envelop and another package that's a tube. The tube one has a return address.......THANKS CELESTE!!!!!!!
The white envelope.....no return address, or none that I can find. Hmmmmmmm............the postmark is smeared, so that is of no help. WHO SENT ME A MYSTERY PACKAGE???? I tell Courtney I will call her back, since I cannot talk to her and open the package at the same time.
I hang up with her.
I open the big white envelope carefully, not knowing what is inside....Is it a bomb? Nope! Fabric? Well...it sort of looks like fabric. I didn't order any, well, any that I remember. So I sit on the couch and take the contents out. There's a REALLY cute card with a picture of a cat on it. He looks like my Big Boy. :) There's a postcard from Costa Del Sol. There's also a Tapa Book, Appitizers from Spain. Has anyone figured out WHO sent the package yet?
I read the card and was just grinning from ear to ear and mesmerized by the folded piece of fabric in the plastic. I put everything down and open this plastic to reveal the most beautiful shawl!
ELLE!!! You are amazing!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO, BUT I'M GLAD YOU DID!!! The shawl is beautiful and I'm taking it with me to Hong Kong. We have to go to this hoity toity dinner at the Hong Kong-American Club, and hob-nob with the snobs, so this shawl will be THE PERFECT accessory to my dress that I am bringing!! DID I SAY THANK YOU???

Bill took his suit with him but he forgot a dress shirt, so I will pack a couple of his silk shirts with me. I also have to go and get him a couple of ties to go with his suit. I really can't wait to see him in the suit. We had it custom made for him when we went to Singapore. It's made of cashmere and is black/gray pinstripe. oh-la-la! lol
Now, I just have to figure out WHICH black dress I'm going to wear!
