This t-shirt quilt is 80" x 100" and has pieces from about 45 different soccer shirts as well as about 85 patches. It is the largest I've done and was a lot of fun. It weighs in at 8 pounds.

What a great job!! I love the border---is that where the rest of the Tee shirts are?

The border is regular cotton fabric. I ask about the person who is getting the quilt and try to get something that reflects them. The patches are alternated one on one side - the next on the other. No other quilting is needed in the border. The part of the shirt I don't use generally goes in the trash.

Very nice. It took me a while to realize that you're showing us pics of the front and the back both. This quilt is reversible isn't it? Wonderful job. It must have been hard to work with something so big and heavy.
