The pattern is from Quilts and More magazine. The issue is just out and SEGASAL posted hers on QB and I had to make some too. The post title is "Cute little shirt tissue holders".

I love your tissue holders, I plan to make some for Father's Day for the men at church. I mail-ordered the magazine (Spring 2012 issue), when it arrived the pattern was not in there. After emailing the editor, I was told the correct issue is the Summer 2012 issue. The editor was very, very understanding and is sending me the correct magazine, but told me to tell others the magazine for this article is just now coming out and it's the SUMMER 2012 issue. Please get the correct magazine!!!
