I'm one of the worst, I suspect, at getting my things completely finished. I thought if I posted a photo of one of my UFOs, I might actually try harder to get it finished! After all the delicate cutting, all that it needs now is the border quilting and the binding put on.

Fantastic! What beautiful colors, I love it.
You're so close now, don't stop until it's finished. We'll be waiting to see it finished.

Who is it for?

Thanks...I so want to get it done.

It is for a family who lives in the San Juan Islands, in Washington state. My daughter house sat their stunning home which sits on an inlet of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, called Fish Creek. What is amazing, to me, about this island is that is has a very large population of fox. They are not afraid of people at all, and came to the house for treats! So, I hoped this adaptation of a McKenna Ryan pattern would make a nice addition to their guest house.

Here is a photo I took while visiting my daughter there of one of the friendly fox.
