Finished 9 tabletoppers today...they don't lay completely flat, but that is ok. Nothing is perfect, and sure enjoyed making them...

If you are making hot pads, do you have to use a different batting or what?

I use batting plus the sterolite (spelling right?) fabric that is made for heat. I get it at Joannes
